IU Philanthropic Venture Fund

The Indiana Philanthropic Venture Fund (IU PhV) was established in 2018 as a follow-up to the success of the Innovate Indiana Fund (IIF). IU PhV has $11M to put to work investing in early stage startups with strong connections to Indiana University, including companies with Alumni as founders or members of the C-suite, and companies based on IU technology. The fund is a donated pool of capital, and all equity realizations are returned to the fund for further investment, making the fund evergreen.
